Located just south of Chicago, IL, the training center is a massive command where all of the US Navy recruits are processed. Enlistees will spend approximately 2 months in preliminary training, and then many will go on to advanced school for their specific rate. Brett will be going for further training at Lackland AFB in Texas upon completion of basic training.
